The Mission and

The Mission and Structure of Cop Stop We cater to public safety. Our top two things are uniforms and body armor, and all the accessories that go with it, from clothing to firearms. Our customers include police departments, fire and EMS, security companies, and military. We have six divisions of the company. We have what I call the front of the house, which is the retail. We have our account reps who serve as the face or voice to our customers that stretch throughout the country. We have our office personnel, of course, that make up our accounts receivable and payables. We also have our warehouse team, as well as our custom shop, made up of employees (seamstresses, embroidery technicians, and heat press operators) who possess many years of experience. Our sixth department is newer for us, our e-commerce. We relaunched E-Commerce about a year and a half ago, and it is under development, and are adding more products onto the website. It is doing well. That is a division that is going to continue to grow. In the next ten years, I would love to continue to employ more people. I would love to open more locations. There is going to be a lot more enhancement as technology is rapidly changing. We pride ourselves on how we manage our orders. Every single online order that comes in during operating hours will get an order confirmation tracking number within an hour or two. They are getting it very quickly, packaging it, and we put appreciation in each order. We have little things that we will put in the package to say thank you and to encourage them to come back to our website. We want our customers to know we genuinely appreciate their business and want to build an ongoing relationship with them. 74 The Blues - - February ‘24
