Thehigh-dollar fundraiser will behosted at the home of left-wingactivists, Rod Grozier and RobSmith.The event page, which can befound on the far-left fundraisingwebsite ActBlue, reads, "LetitiaJames is fighting for our rightsevery single day. This is our opportunityto show Letitia that wehave her back."In recent days, James becamethe subject of a federal criminalreferral over allegations shefalsely claimed in official publicdocuments in August 2023 thather "principal residence" was ahome in Norfolk, Virginia. In aprevious statement, James' officelashed out at the Trump administrationfor "weaponization of thefederal government" and providedsome details about her ownershipof the properties. Her spokesperson,however, did not specificallydeny the allegations against her.
