GUEST COMENTARYpolice law newsDaniel CarrAWFUL BEHAVIOR:Erika McGriff bites a copNo matter what unfolds…anadult human should NEVER bite apolice officer.Sadly, this form of commondecency was not recognized aspart of the basic social contract byErika McGriff. The following incident occurredin Jacksonville, FL on October 7th,2025 outside of a charter school.A short cell phone clip of theincident went viral, anti-police activists(including lead race-grifterBen Crump) alleged “police brutality”,the Sheriff responded, andthe entire body cam footage wasreleased. Now that we know what reallyhappened - it is essential that decentpeople everywhere share thetruth and combat the disgustingand dishonest narrative spun byBLM and their minions.WHAT HAPPENEDErika McGriff left her car - runningand unattended in an intersection- and she walked to pickup her daughter from school.A police officer assigned to theschool district observed this andmade contact with Erika. Erikadenied that it was her car in theintersection and claimed that shewas a “passenger” in the car. However: The cop saw her exitthe driver’s door. The vehicle was otherwise unattended. The officer then requested Erika’sidentification and she refused. Theofficer did have a legal basis todetain and ID Erika.Erika refused to provide her identificationand started to walk awayfrom the officer. The privilege thatexists to believe that one can justwalk away in a situation like thisis astounding and unimaginable tomost humans. The officer then grabbed Erika’sarm and escorted her to his policevehicle. As the officer attempted to handcuffErika - she violently resistedarrest.Reasonable force was used by theofficer to affect the lawful arrest.During the altercation Erikapunched and bit the officer. Allwhile screaming that she “can’tbreathe”…amongst other overplayedcliches.WHY?Why would Erika act like this?Well, Erika is a habitual trafficoffender and had a revoked driver’sCLICK TO WATCHlicense. That offense is a mandatoryarrest in Florida. So, she acted inthis disgusting manner to avoid anarrest.*Erika does not believe that shehas to follow traffic laws or thetenets of basic human decency.BEN CRUMP GETS INVOLVEDBen Crump has already postedabout this case. He is attempting tocement the narrative early - as heknows that his low IQ audience willnot seek any additional information.THE SHERIFF RESPONDSSheriff T.K. Waters summed uphis thoughts in a few sentences; The Sheriff reviewed the evidenceand gave his honest opinion on thisincident. Sheriff T.K. Waters is a policeleader that supports his officersif they act reasonably - even if theactivist class is applying pressure.FINAL THOUGHTSThe cop did nothing wrong.16 The BLUES NOVEMBER ‘25
